Rochelle is a dynamic speaker who discovered her passion for inspiring others through an unexpected journey.
In middle school, she signed up for a forensics club without knowing it would shape her future. To her surprise, as a sixth-grader, she won a state competition in the poetry category—becoming the only Black girl to do so that year.
Fast forward through time, Rochelle began receiving invitations to speak at women’s events, youth gatherings, and more. Despite her growing recognition, she initially didn’t realize the transformative impact her words were having. She only knew she wanted to inspire people to rethink their lives and adopt a better way of living every day.
Through the twists and turns of life, Rochelle’s purpose became clear: she was called to spark not just change, but transformation in others. Her mission is to reach people on emotional, physical, and spiritual levels, using her voice as a tool for empowerment. She understands that her gift is not hers to keep but to share with the world.
Rochelle pursued higher education to enhance her ability to serve others. She earned an Associate Degree in Communication and Liberal Arts from Milwaukee Area Technical College, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mount Mary University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with plans to achieve her Doctorate.
Her journey has led her to focus on wholeness well-being—mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Rochelle’s speeches and workshops are designed to empower individuals to create healthier habits and shift behaviors for long-lasting transformation. She has seen firsthand how even CEOs and leaders can struggle with their health and well-being, and she’s committed to addressing these challenges with actionable strategies.
As an advocate for health and mental wellness, Rochelle has developed workshops and spoken on platforms like Milwaukee’s Good Morning Blend and various podcasts, including Explore Us, Black Mental Health, and Phenomenal Women Keynote speaker Mount Mary University Graduate. She’s also a published author, with her book Principles of Health: God’s Way, which provides a faith-based approach to health and wellness.
Rochelle’s advocacy extends to women’s reproductive health, addressing issues such as fibroids, as well as men’s and children’s health. She creates spaces for leadership and well-being, empowering individuals in every stage of life. Her work also includes pushing for change in the food and medical industries, teaching others the differences between health and wellness, and providing practical tools for better living.
Through every pivot in life, Rochelle remains dedicated to empowering others to embrace change and transformation. She believes every turn in life leads us closer to our purpose, and she encourages others to create, transform, and step boldly into their destinies.
Outside of her professional work, Rochelle enjoys being a woman of faith, a loving wife, a devoted friend, and a supportive sister. She loves traveling and embracing new experiences, all while staying grounded in her mission to help others find balance and rhythm in every aspect of their lives.
